We can review FTT decisions and advise you on whether to appeal
We offer a fixed fee service to review any First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (“FTT”) decisions and assist you with making an informed decision on whether to appeal the decision to the Upper Tribunal. We have a vast amount of experience of the appellate system and have numerous reported appeal case decisions, including successful reported appeals involving the following areas:
Service charge reasonableness.
Service charge accounts.
Right to manage claims.
Interpretation of leases.
Section 20 major works.
Failure to follow invoicing mechanisms within a lease.
What we require to review a decision:
A copy of the decision of the FTT.
A copy of the hearing bundle (where necessary and applicable).
We will always agree a fixed fee service to include consideration of the decision and advice on the merits of appealing. Thereafter, if an appeal is to be pursued, we can offer a fixed fee service for conducting the appeal.
Residential, mixed-use or commercial, we provide expert advice on the rights and remedies when dealing with issues of building safety.
